Stamper Screensaver
Generative art became a very interesting space digital artists began to work within.
We took a look at creating a generative art tool and make it a screensaver for people to play with.
The tool allowed for configuration allowing users the ability to choose how it liked to paint:
- Brushes: What paint brush theme it should it use to paint. Also much scale or rotation variation to use.
- Location: Where to paint; if alighed to a grid or just random
- What to paint: The source images to sample colors from
- Speed: How fast it should paint
- Interactive painting: Allowing users to paint with mouse motion
- Live feed: Use the webcam as input for the painting

Allowing users to create their own brushes
Ability to save out print resolution images
Adding enhanced grids to paint horizontally, vertically, isometrically or in a grid
Visual equalizer: leveraging sound detection to drive how much painting
